Every system is tested and documented, with findings organized in an easy to understand format. Buyers and agents are welcome on-site to walk through the inspection and findings together and ask questions in real time.
The same comprehensive coverage as the Standard Home Inspection, conducted prior to listing. This gives sellers and their agents a clear and documented picture of the property's condition in advance, and gives buyers transparency and confidence to make a well informed offer.
A single, comprehensive inspection of a new-build home under Tarion Warranty. Every warrantable item is photographed, described, and matched to Tarion's Construction Performance Guidelines and Ontario building code, so findings arrive ready to file through the homeowner's own Tarion HomeHub account. Buyers and agents are welcome on-site to ask questions and discuss findings in real-time.
All three inspections covered under Tarion's first-year warranty, bundled together: Initial, Mid-Year, and Year-End. Each visit is carried out to the same standard as a stand-alone New Home Inspection.
- Initial — within 41 days of closing, Tarion's deadline, re-checking any outstanding PDI items alongside anything new
- Mid-Year — a full return visit at six months, confirming earlier items were corrected and flagging anything new
- Year-End — a full return visit ahead of the one-year deadline
Every finding across all three visits is matched to Tarion's Construction Performance Guidelines and ready to file through HomeHub.
Stonecliffe Inspections is proud to support the women and men of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF). Military Members receive a 15% discount on the inspection of their choice, along with priority same-day or next-day scheduling during posting season (April–June).
For members posted somewhere they can't attend in person, a live video walkthrough is available, or the inspection can be completed independently with a detailed report and video footage of the home delivered directly.
